Hi. I needed some of these track nuts. So I bought them from GZila. I like supporting small businesses.
Some feedback. I wasn’t expecting $10 shipping. That’s a little steep, IMHO. Also, I believe the GFC track nuts come with the 10-32 fasteners. The GZila description didn’t state that. Nice site.

Pretty disappointing to order accessories (awning brackets and beef racks) from GFC only to hear they’re out of t nuts and no word on when there will be more in stock. Funny that GFC made the decision to create a proprietary extrusion and requiring a specially made nut and I can’t even purchase from them.

Seems pretty unacceptable that they run out and not let me know upon ordering (or even a week after ordering), I had to inquire why my parts had not shipped. While their customer service is OK, the fact this is happening in the first place is frustrating.

Thank god there are 3rd parties like Gzila that DO have these in stock.

In all fairness, Tom’s products are incredibly well made. I have some of his bike bags, and all of them are detailed, well designed, and the quality is as good as it gets. It’s like buying a GFC instead of buying a Roofnest. You’re paying for more than just the functionality of the product. That’s why everyone here bought a GFC. I totally get that they’re pricey though, and I think it would be cool to see a slightly less expensive trimmed down version.

Same outfit that sells the GFC lights as well, losing faith in there service or longevity of a company?
