Digging this up from the crypt, but I’m having the same issue right now. Dometic CFX3 55 and an Ecoflow Delta 2. Did you figure anything out? Mine seems to run fine on AC through the inverter, but randomly shuts off on 12v DC. I have the battery threshold set to “Low”, but it doesn’t seem to be possible to turn that off via the mobile app. I have a new 12v cable coming from Dometic, but I don’t know whether that’s the problem or not.
What is your 12v timeout set at on the ecoflow? Maybe if it is set for a low time and the dometic does not run it will turn off the ecoflow 12v.
Only thing I can think it might be.
I had this exact problem (thought it was the 12V output of my Goal Zero) but after lots of troubleshooting, it turned out to be a faulty DC cable. The cable failed at the cig plug side.
For my setup, I cut off the cigarette lighter plug, and wired it direct.
This fixed it for me
Yeah, battery protection on the fridge is set to Low (there is no Off setting anymore, it seems) and the 12v timeout on the Ecoflow is turned off (it stays on forever). I just got a new 12v cable from Dometic under warranty, so I’m hoping that fixes things, but it just showed up yesterday and I haven’t had time to test it yet.
