Mid Atlantic GFC Owners

Just wanted to give a quick shout out from Hampstead MD 45mins north of Baltimore 30mins south from York PA.

We just picked up (Johnnyboy365)'s camper V2 #1919 just got it on the truck yesterday. We are pumped to switch it up.

Looking forward to meeting up with some others or have some of the locals come camp at our place. We do a great deal of off grid camping up at Michaux State Forest and Tuscarora State Forest in case any one up in PA would like to meet in the mountains.

Second read, i see you have a topper. I definitely want to meet up and check it out. If only you had a long bed, id offer up a possible trade

I’m moving to NC later this year so if the timing works out, I’m definitely interested!

Did the water intrusion fix come up? They mentioned east coasters meeting at a partner shop in NC for the fix but wouldn’t say the specific shop.

Not during our chat. It was more focused on get-togethers and social meetups.

I think if you’re having an issue, submit a service request and they will take care of you.

I havent been doing much to my truck. Not super into winter camping (even considering the diesel heater that ive built). I’m even thinking about selling my GFC or trading for a topper/superlite. But nothing rolling there yet.

Reserrecting this thread for locals in case anyone is interested… the time has come, I’ll be selling my beloved Tacoma soon. Our family is growing (2nd kid on the way) and we needed to upsize the back seat (we’re all tall, doesn’t help) so we now have a 2025 Tundra. I’ve built everything on the Tacoma myself, save for some gear help and a few other little things from Danny at GreenTree Auto/Fab (the best) so I know every single thing is done right. I love it, but sadly it has to go to a new home. There’s a photo of it posted above, and I’ll put an official listing out on a few places soon with a build sheet (which is long). Figured I’d post here in case any of you might be interested of have a friend that’s jealous of your rig and wants one of their own.
Cheers

Had my GFC installed on my Rivian last week, looking forward to taking some trips…
