Picked up my camper #2051 the other day. Was instructed to use a bungee and carabiner to keep the tent taut for closing with ease. Unfortunately one of the two loops ripped immediately. Nothing hard to fix, but wanted to point it out for sake of QC.
I stopped using the bungee after I forgot to reconnect it and realized the tent closed just as easily… I wouldn’t hesitate to put the carabiners to use somewhere else (they’re actually rated for a surprising amount of weight!) and ditch the bungee…
