Moving a GFC from one Tacoma to Another?

Hi, I have a 2004 Tacoma with an extended cab and a 6 foot bed. In the not too distant future I’d like to get a new tacoma with 4 doors and a 6-foot bed. If I were to get a GFC camper for the 2004 Tacoma, would it fit on the new one when I upgrade to it? How hard would it be to transfer it?

they are easy enough to move - 4 people can do it.
a V1 will fit both a tacoma gen 1 and tacoma gen 2 / 3 assuming the same bed length. there would be some seals to change around - and the clamps - all available from either GFC or elsewhere

the V2 is vehicle specific so will only fit gen 1 ( or gen 2 etc)
