Ima insert myself a bit here, I actually made a ram mount for the gfc already, dm me and I can send you the stl if you have access to a 3d printer, or I can send you one
I have to get rid of my truck and camper by May, but this has been a great community and I’d be happy to pass on some of my hobby efforts to someone else in the community
Right on. Well actually we carry the spray bottle for hand washing, dishes or to spray off our door handles from muddy trails. If it’s winter time like now
I’ll just put everything on prior to hitting the road with the windshield winter mix.
We’ve never had any issues with one falling off or needing to replace any parts on the road. 4 season tested with well over 4000 miles combined. All you have to do is check once every fuel fill up if the pressure is still good.
I find myself using the mount inside outside just about anyplace. For me it’s a game changer. But remember I’m the one who came up with the idea for the Devos/SeaSucker mount. So it makes sense for our applications.
But I totally understand where your coming from if it’s winter and you want to put it on the outside of the truck in freezing temps. That’s a bit different case.
Your correct the simplicity of a ball mount is not only cheaper but one and done no management! Simple easy and works like it should. Win win win! Just like the GFC.
I look forward to what you go with pleaee keep us posted.
Happy Thanksgiving!
