While I wasn’t out camping, I was out doing some astrophotography. Popping up the tent once the telescope and camera were set on the target made for a nice way to relax for the 2-3 hours of imaging per target.

A fellow GFC owners wife swung by in a panic because she had driven 4 hours to a remote site in the Chilcotin Mountains, BC to find the lock plunger seized. She was so worried her hubby was gonna be mad since they’re leaving on a birthday trip. I got her sorted by freeing it up, then taking them off to avoid the issue.

Hoping to make it back there this summer, it’s been a couple years.
I saw something recently about a Tyax plane crash. Did one of those plane bike shuttles a few years back, what a great day!

Our home for a couple of months in Arkansas while we remodel our Airstream that we fulltime in. My buddy from the Marines has a farm with a barn and a woodshop and is kind enough to allow us to be hobos and get the much needed remodeling done. It’s good to have friends!

Brought my golden Havik along for the trip to Montana to pick up the camper. Found this cool spot in the Hyalite Canyon just south of Bozeman.
