Dogs confuse me. Like how is that comfortable hahaha. Safe travels home!
I can probably make an entire social account around the weird ways my dog sleeps. Most of them just don’t make any sense.
Just glad he’s naturally a road tripper. When we hit the trails he adjusts his weight and then just enjoys the ride and if it’s on the highway he just acts like he’s sleeping at home.
I NEED to find a solid crate for the truck bed though because as we take longer trips I’m noticing an increased need to have a secure location for him to be when weather gets rough or we hit harder trails.
I spent a bunch of time building a platform in my back seat for my dog before a roadtrip, and then he spent most of his time sleeping like this
And keeping it GFC related, here he is pretty upset at 8:55pm that I have to put the floor back in place so we can fall asleep
Thanks for the tip about Blue Lake. I had no idea the fishing was good there. I’ll have to try that on my next trip there. I caught some rainbows and one brookie on dry flys at Lake Irwin.
I’ve had good luck up there 2 times, but haven’t been up this summer.
Wildflowers are running a little late this year. You may be up there during their peak. Have fun.
Brought my dog to his homeland and he couldn’t believe his eyes. The campsite was pretty nice as well
Beautiful day on the Columbia River with my lady. GFC set up so we can change and escape the sun as we please
You drew that road in photoshop didn’t you.
Spent the weekend in Idaho fly fishing, rafting, and off roading on trails that a bigger camper would never fit down. Unfortunately only took pictures of one of these activities. I love the GFC‘s ability as a gear hauler and shell, not just a camper!
Damn those bugs haha!
Thankfully they weren’t bad at my destination but sure got a lot on the way there.
