TRuDy and the space man are on the road. Moving to SLC for a new job. If there are any GFCers or other outdoor enthusiasts in the area let me know.
Leave your political views at home man. No one cares how you feel about someone else’s interests. If the guy wants a trump lanyard, let him have it without your opinion.
I’m just south of Salt Lake, do you mountain bike or do any ski touring?
I do mtn bike and ski. Haven’t done any back country touring though. I’ve also been living on the east coast for a decade so my skills may not measure up to the Rockies.
We should do an SLC meet up to camp and ride bikes sometime.
I’m definitely in.
After a week of biking in Sedona I was in need of a shower. I tried the community pool but they had some weird hours so I went in search of alternatives.
35 miles down a rough dirt road it dead ends at a pretty ok camp spot
and just so happens to have a very well hidden hot spring, perfect for star gazing at night or enjoying coffee in the am
I wasn’t expecting it to get down to 17 degrees overnight, but the weather during the day was perfect for biking.
Snow is starting to fall here in Southern Ontario - chilly nights made incredibly comfortable thanks to my diesel heater.
The diesel heaters are a game changer!
One of my favorite places to camp!
ugh i want to do another trip but higher elevation in colorado is getting chilllly
