5Th GEN Ford Ranger Brake Light Wiring

This is for 2019+ Ford Ranger with INCANDESCENT tail light. I’m not sure how to wire in factory LED

GFC black wire to Ford black wire
GFC Red wire to Ford yellow wire

All you need to remove the tail light is 5/16’ wrench or socket, remove the 2 black bolts and give the light housing a VERY good yank

If anybody has hooked into LED lighting please let us all know how you did it.

Just saying thanks! Your post made it super simple to get it hooked up in a few minutes without having to track down the wiring code.
