Oct 2023 I posted how I cleaned and resorted the Black Anodizing on the GFC leading edge. At that time I did not have Everbright Coating. Post was “Cleaning stains from the Anodizing”.
A couple weeks ago I cleaned the Anodizing, it was a mess, and this time I coated a small section with Everbright.
The past couple weeks the cicadas have taken its toll.

Cleaning process I use.

Use a bucket of water and a couple Dryer Sheet from the laundry to remove the bugs.

Wash with soap and water to remove the softener residue from the dryer sheets. Let dry completely.

Clean and Restore with All-New Aluminum Clearner.
Follow instructions and let it completely dry. -
Coat with Everbright. Follow the instructions.
I only did a small section with one coat of Everbright because if it didn’t work I wouldn’t have as much to clean off.
I am impressed!!!
