i did this in the winter.
maybe the weather will help. I also did it by trying to roll the vhb into a ball

apparently, prior owner used some type of double sided foam tape on the flexible solar panel. I can’t get the panel off. I may have to use a scraping tool and “skin” it off, sort of like skinning a deer. little by little.
