I am selling Space 904.
I paid $925 for my spot.
I moved up the line and just got my camper last week. Super happy to have it and I am now looking to sell my original spot.
904 is scheduled to start in September and to be completed in December 2020.

Nick- Interested in connecting to better understand exactly what you want for your spot. Is the $925 all-in or $925 plus whatever your GFC deposit was?

$925 all in. This includes the GFC deposit of $575.
$575 would be applied towards your build.
