Cable Management For Exterior

Hey, everyone. Does anyone know of some sort of low profile cable fastener that works on the extrusion? I don’t want to use the stainless with rubber cable fasteners this time, as I don’t like how they stick out on the camper. I’ll be running my exterior lights and backup cameras wiring, and would like something that mounts to the extrusion channel, that I can either zip tie the cable to, or something that will hold it, and looks really clean and nice.

There’s these 3D printed zip tie mounts and for cable routing, I’d run it through the extrusion. Some other ideas here

I use these from amazon. Low profile and they fit in the extrusion. So far have lasted well.
