Just a short trip into Flagstaff and Sedona AZ. Great weather and plenty of dispersed camping to be had. Even had heavy rain on the 40 headed east for a while.

If you go back for another trip, the Williams/Sycamore Wilderness area just west/southwest of Flagstaff on the plateau above Sedona, is also awesome. Bunch of lookout points.

We get out that way 1 maybe 2 times a year. Will look into sycamore wilderness,
