The $300 (discounted!) price of the official GFC Topper light kit is insane. And they use tiny and vulnerable inline switches and two colors, which I do not want.
I plan to add four white marine led lights
and a Blue Sea waterproof spst switch and waterproof fuse holder.
Total cost, except for wires and splices , is $40.
I was wondering if anybody has a 3d printed switch mount or just the STL file to mount one up HIGH in the upper left corner of my Topper, close to the rear hatch opening? A surface mounted box on the bottom of the roof panel close by could be acceptable. (The GFC third brake light wires are circled in red, ignore those):

I prefer to mount it up there so it cannot get turned on or smashed accidentally. I use my bed for truck stuff, I don’t camp in it!… I can easily print it in ABS if I can find a good file. Any comments will be welcome.

I bought a controller on Etsy from ezpowerbox.com and cut out a 4"x4" square tube aluminnum to control batter/ charge/ aux power and inside lights. does not get in the way. I also re routed and re installed the lighting to minimize places for it to get hooked on, dogs to chew it, etc

That solution is too bulky for my requirements, but thanks for posting.
I ended up designing and printing a bracket out of ABS, I will post a few more pics when it is in place in front of this brace and the wiring is done.

Finished, I added six lights evenly spaced around the sides and rear. They provide beautiful even illumination, no shadows. I used waterproof Deutsch connectors and hooked up the third brake light at the same time, I used a Leer T harness adapter, it works great on my Ranger.
