I’m digging this build look. Could use a little storage on the top and hoping a fairing might reduce noise a bit. Anyone know where I could get a rack that’s going to stop before it hits the gofast?
Guessing I’d have to physically modify a solution meant to span the entire cab top, but don’t know if someone’s found something out there that would work.
Hey @ramirezdan - While the racks below don’t include options for our F150 customers, we have seen some folks make adjustments to their own racks to account for their camper. (Insert sounds of an angle grinder here.) Given that a truck will flex, we DO NOT recommend running the full length of your cab to avoid bumping/ interference underneath the overhang. This can cause damage to both your truck and camper.
That said, here are the racks we know are compatible as seen in our FAQ section.
Tacoma Short Bed:Sherpa Animas (30”), Stock Rack w/out crossbars, Modified Prinsu (HABITAT WILL NOT WORK WITH SHORT BEDS)
Thanks for the response. Sherpa confirmed that they didn’t have something that would work for the F150, but that Cub Rab for the Tundra is pretty much exactly what I’m looking for.
Good to get the advice to avoid anything underneath the overhang. I might try and make something similar to the Serpa Cub Rab out of their ‘The Storm’ or something similar if I can find one used.
