In whatever browser you are in, try shift+F5 or ctrl+F5.
If you’re in Safari (bummer) try command+option+e to empty the cache, then hold down shift and click reload in the toolbar.
This is a “hard refresh” and should clear any cookies or cached data so you get a new copy.

As far as I know, Mobile Safari has no hard refresh. Try opening the forum in private browsing and see if it looks right. If so, maybe you can “clear cache” or something. I bet the Internet knows, but I don’t. :\
