Item Description/ Condition: I got this in the spring of 2025 and probable have about 20-30nights in it. Loved it for the summer, but I’m ready to try something a little different. It will come the beef bars (2), ladder, and the roof fan. there has been no leaks from the fan both in the rain and snow. If you don’t want the fan you can get a roof panel from GFC or so I’m told. I am having some trouble with the remote connection with the fan, but trying to get that figure out soon. I will be taking it on one last trip so it won’t be available till after 11/17.
