GFC Campout In Joshua Tree

Hey Friends- As you might have seen in our newsletter, the week before Thanksgiving, we came down to California to kick off our new events program that we are building out around our new California and Colorado locations.

The trip got started around the LA Auto Show, where we were invited to host a campout in front of the Porsche Hall as a test for the show to add an overland experience. It went really well, and we are hoping that we can do it again next year and open it up to all of you! It was a regular vehicle variety show at our DTLA campout. Everything from 80 Series to 994’s.

Here’s Ted explaining our route to Joshua Tree. No cell service made communication go fully analog for almost 100 trucks.

For anyone with a little bit of campout fomo, we still have some DTLA shirts from the event. This All-American tee was designed by one of our own customers @GavinRoarkeSullivan, and was manufactured & screen printed in the heart of LA. This is a limited run, so once they’re gone, they’re really gone.
