I think my favorite part of the meetup was hanging out with people that I’ve never met that all immediately felt like friends that I’ve camped with before. Great time!

Couldn’t agree more! Was awesome putting faces to names and camping with like minded people.
Plus, who doesn’t like to camp with a bunch of GFC friends!

It really was awesome meeting so many people, connecting forum names to faces, and all camping together! I feel like @Thayne knocked it out of the park.
The people, both customers and employees, are a huge part of what makes GFC so cool. I’m down for the next one for sure!

Yo! I really appreciate all of the kindness from all of you… hittin my feels today.
That was such a fun event, and I’m stoked we all had a good time putting faces to names we’ve only seen here on the forum. From the meetup to the campout, everyone seemed like they had a history with one another, and no one felt left out from what I saw either. Tough to do with so many fresh faces, so major kudos to all of you for making that easy. Keep paying that forward, it’s really rad to see genuine connections made in a space like that too often feels inauthentic.
That said, this is probably the last time I’ll be posting from this account for a bit, but I’ll be online soon to hang with all of you again I’m sure. Thanks from the bottom of muh heart for giving me such a fun weekend and community to share with you all, I’m still grinning about it.

Thayne, once again I’ll say, I am stoked to hear it went so well, it motivates me to arrange my affairs so I can get out there next season.
