Hello & bed liner question

Hello Everyone,
This is my first post. I am looking forward to chatting and learning from you all. I just ordered a GFC V2 Pro which is scheduled for install in Aug.

I’m so stoked that I ordered it before I have a truck. Which leads me to my first question. What do you feel is the best bed liner for a GFC if I still want to use it as a truck bed beyond camping? Drop-in? Spray-in? Factory? LineX? Rhino? I’m looking for durability, truck protection, ease of cleaning and as soft on the feet and knees as possible.

This is my first pickup and I’m admittedly clueless on this topic.

Thanks,
OB

bedrug, the impact version

I’ll second the BedRug Impact. Mine held up super well, cleaned up super clean (even bark mulch came out of the fabrick easily) , and made the bed feel so much nicer when camping.

Do you have a liner underneath the BedRug or is it layered on the truck’s steel bed?

it is soft under the impact mat portion and has grooves to fit the truck bed

I have a spray-in bed liner in my Maverick and then I installed a Bedrug over it. Love it - durable but easy on the knees

Is it easy to put in the bed rug if you already have the gfc installed or is that something you should do beforehand

you should be able to do it with the GFC in place. Might be a bit awkward position but doable

It depends on which BudRug version you get. If its just the bed and tailgate then no issues if the whole bed then I don’t know.

I’ve had the BedRug in two pickups and if I ever get a third, it will have a BedRug too.

you can install it a head of time. None of the material interferes with the installation. I have full bed rug with sides and the impact bottom version with tailgate piece
