Picking Up The MAX!

Was originally supposed to pick up the V2 Pro 16 Oct. in Manhattan, MT HQ. But was very excited to get the opportunity to switch to the MAX. Now picking it up 18 Nov. One of the first! Driving up from Denver, CO. Originally, I had a 10HR drive to and a 4 day trip back planned through Yellowstone and the Tetons. I think a lot of that will be closed now for the winter. Anyone have the knowledge of a good route for maybe just one overnighter to test out the rig. Even if it’s just a pull-off for the night somewhere beautiful to capture those first pics of the awesome MAX doing what it’s designed for.

I was in the same boat as you, I upgraded to the Max from the V2 PRO. Picking my Max on November 18th as well. There is tons of spots you can pull off, depending on the route you could still access Yellowstone through Gardiner. You could camp along the river in Emigrant.

The stoke is real!

Not sure of your exact route, but if you plan on driving south into Utah instead of through WY, I stayed my first night at a free dispersed site right near the Harriman State Park in Idaho

I t was a nice meadow area on a winding river and if you went closer to the trees there was no highway noise

Lewis and Clark campground is about a 40 min drive from the installation shop. Nice enough, toilets and water. Had a nice group of deer wander thru on our first night with our V2 pro this summer. Take a nice drive along the river (turn right when you leave) which will send you back towards Bozeman on about an hour detour (tons of great views).
