Ratchet straps not beef bars?

On my V1 platform camper, I avoided beef bars / roof rack in order to maintain some semblance of fuel economy as well as keep my build under 7’-2" height so I can fit in at least a handful of parking garages (such as the one in Aspen, CO :-). We got into inflatable paddle boarding last summer, so during the warm season we have 4 SUPs that I’d like to transport (preferably fully inflated) to local waterways. I woke up today thinking about anchoring some simple 1" webbing straps to the side extrusions and running them over the roof of the GFC, to hold down two pairs of SUPs side-by-side. The unknown is how much stress a basic 1" webbing strap with cam buckle would put on T-track nuts when the strap is pulled tight over the roof and SUPs. I mentioned ratchet straps in the title, but I’m guessing their pull might overwhelm t-track nuts(?). Use case is distances under 30 miles at less than highway speed, perhaps keep it under 60mph (but it would be hard to stay disciplined!). Thanks for any thoughts or feedback on viability. …And on a real whim… thinking about improved accessibility while standing on the ground… I’m brainstorming about having a pair of SUPs hung along the side door of the GFC. Perhaps still use the cam buckle 1" webbing anchored to the side extrusion (above), but unsure how to securely anchor those SUPs down low where they’re resting against the bottom of the GFC side door or perhaps overlapping the pickup bed.
