Where are you all buying replacement struts for the rear panel? I have the rear window on my V1 and the struts aren’t holding the panel open now that it’s cold out.
I just changed my back panel gas springs a couple months ago.
If you just need replacements, GFC sells them here.
My springs had a part number from Suspa Inc.. I wanted stronger springs because I’ve added some weight to the back panel. Suspa didn’t have them in stock but they helped me find them at McMaster-Carr.
I ended up getting springs without the ball studs, but I was able move them over from the old springs.

That helps. I’ll reach out to Suspa and see if they have some stronger struts in stock or have the part number so I can track some down.
