Moab!
Dig your setup! What product are you using to hold the water tank strap down to the plywood. I have been using Tbolts to mount things to my 3/4 ply but am looking for an easier solution.
Thanks
RV
The hold down for the front runner tank is offset so it will fit their roof rack.
Oh, look! You scored a Duluth Organizer!
MT Olympus? Sick setup
Yep, MT Olympus and thanks!
Few more projects knocked off the list…
Dust light and camp light mounted up using baja designs squadron angled flush. Reverse lights cut into the cbi using baja s1 flush. Dust and camp lights are on different switches and reverse lights on a switch. Using switch pro 9100 for switches.
Also got my awning mounts up. Used Leitner designs mount and some GFC track mounts. The awning mount needed some modification to fit.
Now I just need an awning… going with a CVT 55 with walls… eventually
What kind of mods did the bracket require?
Had to enlarge the mount holes so the GFC track nut would slide in. Then I cut some material off the bottom so I can use the lowest track and not contact the door hinge.
Looks awesome! Could you share some more detailed shots of the dust and camp lights and mounts?
A few holes through. There is an O ring around the area of the holes to help seal the area. You can add more sealant if needed. I’m going to see how well the O ring does first.
Cabelas parking lot in Farmington???
I am very interested in your water install. It looks like a hand pumped solution with a sprayer. Did you build it or buy it?
I built it. Scepter 5gal water can and a Solo sprayer from HD. Works well for cleaning dishes and showers. Not a lot of pressure. I will be going with a setup similar to what @2ayne
put together.
i have a similar scepter setup, using this
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Ball-Valve-Pressure-Kit-Scepter-Tan-Cap-for-the-Scepter-Military-WATER-Can/251696944107?hash=item3a9a4e93eb:g:j6kAAOSwR0JUUPIm:sc:USPSPriority!92116!US!-1
and a hose and sprayer. i use my compressor to pressurize it - doesnt take much 10-15 psi
I have a video of it on my Instagram. @2ayne
Sometimes it’s hard for me to keep track of people across the boards.
yeah, I picked up a flycraft from a private seller and that’s where we met. Works well strapped up on the GFC!
