My name is Alex. I have a 2002 Izuzu trooper with aftermarket crossbars. They are high quality, they can take the weight. Is this compatible at all? I dont know anything about the mounting process, especially the direct mount.
I am located in northern california and am happy to make the journey south to check it out if you think it could work.

Hey Alex, I think it is possible to mount the tent on aftermarket crossbars, but a little bit of modification may be involved. The tent uses billet aluminum side brackets for mounting.
