Hello, I was able to obtain an earlier spot, so am putting my standard spot up for sale- was estimated as a July build when I put down the deposit. No options selected yet.
Just looking to pass it on- $500
If you put a deposit down on the GFC site now the build estimate is August or September, so buying mine instead will probably save you a month or more. Will bump as it gets closer if no one wants it now.
