I’m in SoCal and have attended a few GFC related events over the years. But it’s damn tough to get me out of the shop. I bounce between LA and Oceanside pretty often.

Anyone here close-ish to South OC and looking for a lobster diving companion?
Been trying to get out at least once a week and free dive for lobster season this year but the wife is worried about me going out alone so often and my closest dive buddy is down in Oceanside

Yes, but I’m located even further south than Oceanside so that doesn’t help much! I’d recommend joining your local dive club (OC Spearos/Freedivers?).
