I’ll be heading up to Sturgis for the rally this week!
Curious if anyone else is going or has been in the past?
I will be dispersed camping as I always do, but where I’m normally trying to get really far from the pavement I want to be close this time to not ride the Harley on a lot of dirt.
Any suggestions of good spots near Spearfish, Leed, Deadwood, or Sturgis? I have a bunch of potential spots mapped out but would love any input from people who have stayed in the area.
Camp 5 between Deadwood and Sturgis has come up a lot and would be a prime location, but I expect it might be packed before I could get there. It would be cool to get some GFC’s together if anyone else is headed there!
