Is anyone using these or purchased these?

The pictures and the website product description do not match to me. The description states “½” W x 4¾” L”. In the product picture, they look more square. I did email support; however, they stated the brackets were more like a 1/4" instead of 1/2". This would really make the proportions different than the pictures. I think there is confusion about thickness and width and length.

I am thinking the plates are 1/4" to 1/2" thick. I just want to know the other dimensions of length and width.

Just trying to determine if these would be helpful in my application or if I am going to have to fabricate (or find someone to fabricate) something else.

For everyone’s information.

Got a call from GFC. The offset bracket size is 3 1/2" x 4 3/4". I do not know the thickness. Also, GFC updated their website to reflect accurate information on these.

I made my own - the ones from gfc were not big enough to clear the stand-off feet on the rhino aero vortex cross rails on my pathfinder. The have worked well.
