Tailgate handle (makes closing from within GFC easier)

I installed a short strap onto the inside of the tailgate. This makes it very easy to close the tailgate from within the GFC.

I simply cut a piece of strap, used a soldering iron to make holes in the end where the factory bolts attach. Very effective… and free!

great mod… I did something similar but with a removable strap and buckle that can be adjusted long enough that i can close it while I’m upstairs… you can see the part thats attached to the tailgate in this picture right in front of the fridge
