Anyone use Nikwax (or some other) protectant to maintain their tents? Looking at the “Tent and Gear Solarproof” specifically.
I’ll be watching this to see the consensus, but I really think that since our GFC tent spends most of its time in the closed hard shell and away from most dirt, grime, and organics due to its elevated stance when open, that the fabric is probably ok. I’d be concerned that anything applied to the tent may make it stick together or something else weird.

That is a very good question! Considering GFC has a very good warranty policy. You may wish to reach out to them to ensure putting any type of wax or alike onto the tent does have an effect on the warranty.
