The Random GFC Photo Thread

We generally try to avoid storms as well but being full time on the road and in our GFC means that more often than not we are subject to the weather.

Definitely pointing it into the wind is better in terms of noise but has resulted in our top getting pushed down several time, the last time before this one was in Baja as well. No wonder it’s a wind sport mecca.

Those tubes look like an effective “lock out” solution for sure! Imagine a few simple Velcro strap would really help to secure them into place a prevent them from becoming dislodged by the wind as well.

Caught the tail end of that storm in SW CO and it was nuts late Sat/Sun. Crazy wind!! Got lucky and found a nestled spot in the trees.

Sadly I think it’s a satellite, a few of the other images so a streek in the same path. But cool nonetheless!

Dang!! Is this a preview for next weekends camp out??

If you’re asking about the snow…temps seem to be holding outside of Bozeman. But with Montana, you never know lol! It could snow or it could be sunny :joy:

Not only for camping, the GFC provides plenty of fun for Trunk or Treatin’
