They are the 74L boxes, pricey, but provide a ton of storage. They are bolted down to the rack and sit just a bit taller than the gfc, but a little below my solar panels.
Edit: Oh and any one looking for locks for aluboxes, the BOLT trailer coupler pin lock is a nice option since you can use your truck key (one less key to worry about). You just need to drill out the locking holes on the alubox a bit so the pin fits.

Salt lake to Belgrade and back in a day. Amazing to see how many campers they are knocking out now.
My dog didn’t think the 1 hour hike justified the 13 hour round trip.

Awww, c’mon. Is it really a shitbox if you love it? I drove a dakota for 24 years, nearly 300,000 miles. Hated to see that thing finally give up the ghost.

Enjoyed another night out.
The stream between the road and our campsite eventually won out over the road noise, as we went to bed and traffic died down. Looking forward to the next trip!
