I received my turbo nap but it did not come with the bedding catches, did these ship separately for others?
The catches shipped in the same package and I just needed to install them. I would reach out and inquire if they were left out from your order.
I got mine last friday. Catches came with them. Ordered day 1 as well
I got mine yesterday and I ordered day 1. Mine came with the catches. I would say its pricey but a huge improvment vs the 2" pad. The foam feels kinda gelly so not like your normal foam. I thing its worth the money

Just got the shipping notification for my V2 tent and bedding catches. I ordered morning of on the day of release.
Edit: Looks like this shipping is for just the bedding catch.
Received my bedding catch shipping notification yesterday as well…should have tomorrow

Still waiting on getting my bedding catches. I ordered the full upgrade kit on day 1. They sent me the turbonap with no catches. Started a support ticket and waited weeks for a response. Then they wanted me to send them pictures of the missing catches in order to get new ones shipped. C’mon, how am I supposed to send pictures of the missing catches? But they insisted that I do it, so I sent them pics of the underside of my mattress without the removable catches. That was about 3 weeks ago and when they said they would fulfill within 2 weeks, but no shipping yet for me.
This ticket has been open since late August, pretty disappointed that it takes 4+ months to resolve something so simple.

Looks like the mattress covers are the correct size (Standard), but the catches themselves are for an XL? Currently have an email into support, so now we wait. Unfortunately they’re pretty much unusable with how saggy they are…
I’m still waiting on the tent upgrade and bedding catch. Received my headliner a couple months ago and got the lighting kit a couple weeks back. I should be on the day 1 order list.

Gotta say, I’ve always tried to be patient, but I’m getting really really frustrated with GFCs customer support. They just told me in an email that they had “no date for shipping” for the lighting kit I was supposed to have received months ago. Then I see people on the forums posting they received lighting kits and headliners recently. WTH @GFC

The reason I bought the GFC was for their great customer service, fast support, made in the USA, etc.
After all of this I can say that I would be hesitant to recommend them. The roll out of the Pro upgrades has been a disaster. The fact that they took all of our money and have not been able to give us the products we paid for is unacceptable.
They should have known or estimated what their limitations were and limited the number of sales they took on to something they could manage.

I got the turbo nap and bed catches relatively quick compared to others it seems but the headliner and lighting kits are still MIA. It would be nice to at least have updates on all of the stuff so there is some idea of when things will ship. GFC seems to have mucked up the pro upgrade process pretty bad.
Heard back from GFC support today, and they’re sending out the correct bedding catches

Finally got word that my lighting kit is shipping. Stoked to finally get it. GFC support was responsive and friendly despite my grumpiness 
.
Now just waiting on the headliner, which sounds like it should be shipping soonish. And of course the v2 pro tent, then all my upgrades are complete.

I’m waiting on lighting, headliner, and tent as well. Maybe I’ll bump support to figure out where things stand. I only upgraded my tent so I can give my current tent to a friend with a homemade camper so it’s not urgent but not knowing when anything is going to be ready is frustrating. Was hoping the headliner would be here during the winter months.
