Under Platform Interior Mounting Track

I couldn’t find a ton of information on this. This is the track that runs on the underside of the permanent platform. I checked and tnuts fit but I’m wondering if anyone has found any alternative hardware that fits here for light duty applications?

I’m wondering if the right size carriage bolt would fit here. Looking to save a few $$ on tnuts.

@Rancho makes stuff for that track

Sorry I’m not sure if I’m dense or if my build has less hardware than others

Can you provide a picture of what you are referring to?

My v2 pro doesn’t have any tracks interior under the platform

If it is the track on the inside lip, under the roof panel

Lumber Bear (gainz mentioned) makes twist in hooks and sick pouches and stuff for that

There is a track built into the last support on the platform. So essentially if you removed all the panels it would be right at the edge on the underside. Here is a picture of it (the black bar running down the center of my cargo net). It takes the same size HW as the external track but I was thinking since the end is open I might be able to use a cheap off the shelf piece of HW.

Edit: its a bit hidden. not sure if this is new to the V2 pro or not. I think I saw it referenced in another thread when discussing the V2 though.

I have a V2 not pro (Oct 2023 build) that has the t-slot.

pretty thin for a carriage bolt, probably could grind the head down?

Interesting, the Rivian has a shorter bed, so I do not have that track present. Never knew!
Hopefully those with the actual hardware can provide some help!

Oh yeah, probably should say, ‘19 Tacoma, 5’ bed. I spend too much time on TacomaWorld and forget about the other builds!
