Updates Ahead: GFC Forum Overhaul

Dear GFC Community,

We are excited to announce that we will be updating our forum and its categories to enhance your overall experience on our platform. We understand that as our community and offerings have grown, so too have the discussions and conversations taking place on the forum. This would never be achievable without users like you who have made this such an exciting, educational, and inclusive community. For that we have immense appreciation for you all.

Even when the feedback was critical, your honesty has helped us improve your experiences with our products and services.

These changes will take place over the course of this week, and during this time you may notice that some of the topics you are accustomed to seeing in certain categories may be temporarily unavailable. Rest assured that these topics have not been deleted and are simply being migrated to their new home.

We won’t give everything away in this letter, but in order to make it easier for you to find and participate in the conversations that matter most to you, we will be reorganizing our forum categories and subcategories. We’ll also be enhancing descriptions to better define them and make navigation even easier.

Here are some insights into some of the changes you’ll see soon.

GFC News will be your one-stop shop for news and information from GFC headquarters and our community members. This category will cover a wide range of topics, including product launches, manufacturing updates, industry insights, and more. Items from our blog and newsletters will be shared here as well.

Major focus has been spent on the Meetups category, as this is what community is all about. Meetups will be the place to connect with other GFC owners and plan exciting adventures together. In this category, you will find information on GFC-hosted events, regional chapters, and a comprehensive events calendar to keep you up-to-date on all the latest happenings. Once your own meetups have dates, we will add them as well.

Last but not least, we are adding a brand new category known as PUDDING. While we think this could be the most fun to be had on the forum, we’ll leave it at this, “the proof is in the pudding.” The team is stoked to see which users leave their “Mall Crawler” status behind and if anyone can achieve the “Lifer” badge.

We’re excited to see how this further evolves our forum and what we can do to give back to such an engaged and growing community. If you have any questions or feedback, please don’t hesitate to message us directly at @GFC.

Thank you for being a part of the Go Fast Campers community. We look forward to continuing to serve and support you on your adventures.

Stay Good,
The Go Fast Campers Team
