V2 Pro Headliner Production Discussion

If you add an additional filter to the page, you get an updated on shipped vs. unfulfilled orders:

Since this list is constantly being added to and the unfulfilled queue is growing, the raw numbers don’t mean anything.

But after you add the second tier of “fulfillment status”, you can do a find in page search cmd+f and enter your order number and it will show you where you are in the queue, and that order number should be dropping pretty regularly.

Thanks for the reply. I kind of figured that’s what folks were doing to track progress but wanted to confirm.

How do you search by your order number?

You will need to click the table to open it in another tab and then you can either ctrl+f to do a raw string search or apply a filter where order # = (your order) to bring up all the entries associated with your order

how do you know your headliner order number? My camper order is 40292 which should have had it.

It should be visible on your order history on the GFC website.

For instance, I preordered my camper on Apr 1.

Oct was my actual install (and the one they are using to track my progress)

The November one is a one off for a part upgrade they did (changed a hardware piece to Stainless)

yea I dont have an account there. I called got a dedicated person assigned to me who I talked with and set up what I wanted and got sent an invoice which I paid with paypal. I just did forgot password option JIC but not no reply.

The whole leaderboard thing is a complete train wreck. It blows my mind that they thought this was a good idea. To have to dig through the leaderboard which contains thousands of entries is completely unacceptable. It doesn’t tell me anything! I just want to know when MY shit is coming.

V2 PRO ACCESSORY UPDATE:
MARCH 3RD

We owe you an update-and an apology. It’s been over six weeks since our last communication, and
that’s not the level of transparency you deserve. The delays have been frustrating, and the lack of
consistent updates hasn’t helped. That’s on us. We’re a small team, manufacturing everything domestically, and while we’ve been heads-down working to get orders out, we recognize we should
have kept you better informed.

That changes now. Our new Customer Experience leadership is in place, and we’re making it clear: the old way of communicating at GFC is dead.

What we’ve seen in the past has been

unacceptable-subpar customer relations, silence when there should have been updates, and a lack of clear accountability. That’s not who we are anymore, and it’s not something we’ll tolerate moving forward.

Starting today, we’re committing to weekly updates every Monday via email and social media.

No more radio silence. No more uncertainty. Just real-time production and shipping progress so you always know where things stand.

Why Mondays?

We want to be as responsive as possible. By sharing updates at the start of the week, we can answer your questions quickly-no more waiting all weekend for a response about your order, the leaderboard, or anything in between.

What Shipped This Week?

This past week, we shipped every single headliner we had in stock-170 in total.

  • 139 went to Standard Camper owners.
  • 31 went to XL Camper owners.

That means we cleared over 1/5th of the backlog!

We’ve also dedicated a full team to ensuring that every V2 Pro Accessory we have at GFC HQ is packed, boxed, labeled, and shipped out every single week

LATEST UPDATES ON ACCESSORIES:

Headliners:

Over the last month and a half, we’ve shipped 300+ headliners. The good news? Our supply chain is now much more stable, and we can consistently ship out quantities every week. Well keep you updated every Monday on how many go out.

Lighting Kits:

No major movement yet, as we’re still waiting on the bulk of our order to arrive. That said, we will be shipping out 25 kits over the next few weeks to fulfill some outstanding orders. The remaining kits are expected to arrive in late April, at which point we will fulfill all remaining orders.

Drip Rails:

We now have enough stock to fulfill all remaining orders. If your Camper did not have drip rails installed at pickup, you should have received an email last week confirming your address. These will ship out over the next couple of weeks.

TurboNap:

Our third-party vendor now has all the fabric cushion covers needed to ship out the remaining TurboNap orders. These will continue to be shipped weekly until every order is fulfilled.

V2 Pro Upgrade Tents:

We know many of you are waiting on these, and we want to be upfront-were still working on the logistics for production and installation. The tent fabric was delayed for several weeks, but it has now arrived. However, ramping up production has been more complex than we originally anticipated.

Right now, we’re working on:

  • Finalizing a DIY swap guide for those who want to install the upgrade themselves.
  • Coordinating logistics for HQ and partner shop swaps to ensure professional installation options.
  • Ramping up our production capabilities to start making tents as soon as possible.

We don’t have a firm timeline for shipping just yet, but we’ll keep you updated every Monday with the latest progress. We know this has taken longer than expected, and we’re sorry for the delay.

A Quick Reminder: We know waiting for your order can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience. Our Customer Experience team is working hard to provide updates and support, but calling multiple times won’t speed up your order. For the most up-
to-date information, please check our leaderboard-it shows exactly where you are in the
queue.

We’re committed to transparency and getting
these accessories out as quickly as possible. Thanks for sticking with us-we’ll be back next
Monday with another update.

My order number doesn’t appear in the list of the leaderboard anywhere, hahaha. SWEEEET.

Looks like I am in the same boat. I ordered my camper in August and I’m guessing GFC is gonna put us at the end of the line.

Ordered mine end of August. Installed end of January. I’m tenth or so from the bottom.

My Personal Tracker:

9 Mar:
Total Count: 399
First Unfulfilled: Row 1 | Order 44830
Me: Row 161 | Order 45573
Orders ahead of me: 159

My personal tracker: ordered my camper in August and am still not even on the list :joy:

I believe they said they were shooting for 150 headliners a week from here on out but don’t quote me on that.
