I recently got my new gfc pro. I love everything about it. Only bummer is my latches are sticking when trying to open both the side and back panels. I can feel the lock unlatching but the core doesn’t pop out. I’ve tried tinkering with the screw on the back of the latch and it worked for a little but now back to the problem. Any suggestions on how you fixed/ minimized this?
Contact customer support. They will send you a kit to fix this. I haven’t installed mine yet but they claim it fixes the issue.
Sounds like you may have a backpressure issue. Follow these instructions, and reach out to support if this does not solve your problem

Mine were sticky initially, but after a couple months they loosened up.
Just picked my unit up and already experiencing a very sticky lock on the rear. I’m hoping this video solves the issues as it’s rather annoying.
The video helped me. I really had to extend the “feet” to have a good amount of backpressure.

Mine occasionally stick and I’ve found applying pressure against the panel next to the offending latch helps.
