Wasn’t sure if this has been posted because I don’t know when this ‘fix’ came about.
Own a V2 with a recently upgraded PRO tent and new roof replacement. Had some water intrusion issues mainly at the rear where the roof and extrusion meet upon closing. Waited a little while to figure out where the water was coming from and came to 2 likely causes. The ‘D seal’ that goes around the perimeter of the upper portion of the roof may be old and worn causing a lack of seal. And I noticed a portion of the rear seal that did not extend the full width of the roof extrusion.
Submitted a ticket to GFC and they recommended these 4 vented screws (2 on each side, 1 upper 1 lower). Has anyone seen these before? Are they part of an upgrade that came with the V2 Pro campers?
They sent the screws for $0 and I opted for a new D seal which was like $22. We will see if these are solutions.
