That is exactly what I used them for, with the same tie down points. There is no insert so it is just threads in .120 wall tubing so in my opinion I wouldn’t put too much of a load on them.
I use them to hang two sets of these:
I can run wires through them and clip on stuff. Really just a possible anchor point for whatever you have in mind.

just an update for those who did not already know this, I am guessing most did, but I ask GFC what they were for while I was getting the hinge replacement and they are for attaching mounting points to.
