What is the purpose of Allen bolts in GFC V1 frame?

I’m wondering what the Allen bolts that are mounted on the inside of the GFC V1 frame are for. They aren’t being used to connect anything. Can these bolts be used to mount things?

Would it be possible to use these holes (and drill more) to install a Molle panel on the rear wall?

You got it. They are mounting points. Use them for whatever you wish. I don’t know the exact weight specs for each mounting location, but a molle panel should be fine. I’d guess around 50 pounds per bolt.
