Will a v1 gfc from a 2019 Chevy Silverado 6.5’ bed fit a 2020 ram with 6.5’ bed

Not all 6’5” bed are created equal. That is a question you should ask GFC.

Unlikely, 2019 Silverado 2500 short bed length is 79.2" and a 2020 Ram 2500 short bed is 76.8".

Not sure about 2019 but my 2008 Silverado 2500 bed is 3 inches longer than the dodge beds. Luckily I had the seller give me a bunch of measurements before I pulled the trigger. If buying new ask GFC, if used get inside/outside measurements before you make the move!
