@Kwood Yup it’s just some 80/20 extrusion and brackets. It ended up being like $100 for two bars. Then like $60 worth of gfc tnuts [image]

Hi! Glad to see some more interest in the cantilever rack. Sorry I’ve been off the forum for a while. Let me know if you want any more specific pictures. Glad to say that my rack is still as strong as it was when I first put it together. I used Blue loctite on all the bolts. I had two 30-40 LB Wolfpack’s up there for a few months with no issues, but gas mileage did drop about 2mpg from having the Wolfpack’s up there. Looking forward to seeing more cantilever racks.

However, GFC reached out and said they had a couple spares laying around the shop, but not in inventory. I snatched them up. You might try reaching out to them before you consider DIY.
