Help- how to plug square holes on frame

I just had my GFC topper installed and noticed these square holes for the attachment points into the back of my tundra.

Has anybody found any cool ways to plug this to keep dust and water out of these. Possibly 3-D printing?

Trim 3 sides of the pressure set lip thingies and bam.
