Light Kit Install - Flexible zip tie bases?

My light kit did not come with the curved base zip tie attachments that are mentioned in the instructions.

Did other kits come with them? Are we supposed to source them ourselves?

I cant seam to find a good source to buy 10-12 of them.

this looks like a decent source for them.

@Vice_Chief provided the <100 quantity purchasing option for the bases,
if you have access to a 3d printer, may be an even cheaper option
