Bend honestly has so many options. Bend is only 20 minutes give or take from the expo.
Last year the cheaper ones did sell out, I had to buy in to high priced one. I think they were sold out by now so maybe they added spaces? This was for the Flagstaff Expo, BTW.

Like @Dogandagladiator said Bend is loaded with spots that will fit your needs for sure. Active Culture is a really popular spot and if you have young kids has a play area too.

@Dogandagladiator we’ll have a booth. AND we got lucky with K9 !! – so we’ll bring pups and water bowls too to celebrate the booth name

We will be there at Expo West and possibly PNW. PNW is our busy season which makes it difficult to leave.

I am also working on making my way out to Expo East in October if I can swing the travel as I’ll be bringing the Jeep down from Fairbanks for both expos!!!

On my way to PNW. Hoping to arrive tomorrow morning to get first dibs on traditional tent camp location as my GFC is not ready for two months. Can’t miss me as I’m likely the only orange Maverick driver.

I’m stopping just outside of Portland for tonight and will do the final 2 hours tomorrow morning. I keep getting caught with sunsets because I’m too late in the day.

It seems like the forecast will be reasonable in the coming days.
If you’re open to it, getting to dispersed camping sites is easy to the Expo. DM me for guidance.

It’s my first ever Overland expo and I am camping on the expo grounds. Did not know any better. The airplanes literally land right over our heads!
