Enjoying a night out in Wisconsin, at Wildcat Mountain. But should have been called Mosquito Mountain. Glad for the GFC’s netting!

Not as many nights this year, only about 15 so far. But well enjoyed!

And a couple pics from a little earlier this summer, camping near the Porcupine Wilderness of Northern Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Including on the way, there an April Fool’s Special Edition GFC* on my Ford Lightning F150, charging at a Tesla Supercharger.

  • Actually it is a 2022 electric truck and GFC. But the April Fools GFC joke was priceless!

Thanks! I feel like if you’re already out on a trip in this area it’s definitely worth doing, but man it’s a long ways to go just for that alone. I’d definitely do it again tho!

Did you get a good end spot closest to Badlands NP? Every time I went that area was all taken at that end point.

Belgian?

Yup, Nugget is about nine months old. We got him from a Malinois rescue about five months ago. He has strong puppy tendencies but is overall a really good dog. He has an extremely high toy drive and is crazy athletic. We also have a four-year-old named Hobie. This picture was taken on a two-nighter to Kalaloch Campground near the Olympic National Park. I forgot to get a shot of the campsite again…ha

Awww. We’ve got two. Best dogs in the world. However, people need to really understand what they are about. They’ve been glorified, and that’s why they end up in rescues. :call_me_hand:t3:

Absolutely. My wife works (volunteers) for the Malinois and Dutch Shepard Rescue (MAD). Nugget and his sister were abandoned near Joshua Tree in February. Now they both live here in Washington (the sister lives north of Seattle on a Ranch).

Wife came through on the Pudding pictures.
Two nights camping and Fly fishing at and near Kalaloch Campground on the Pacific coast.
