I like your propane mount. Can you share where you got it? I’ve looked at a lot but they all seem to cost way more than I am ready to pay, or are cheap, plastic, etc.

My propane tank mount is from 63 Industries

Still on the TransLabrador, sooner or later a gravel lot camp is an unavoidable aspect of these sorta long routes.


Got lucky and saw the Northern Lights on our first night in Quebec.

Roughly halfway between the Quebec / Labrador border and the southern end of the road.

Quick little getaway to Hood River / Mt. Hood area to escape the smoke in Boise. Camped just below the Cloud Cap CG / TH on this little pull-off. Great views of Mt. Hood along with Rainier, Adams, and St. Helens in the distance.

Cheated by staying at Washoe Lake State Park Campground with electricity, water, flushing toilet, and shower.
